Health Dept. Inspects Tagliare Pizza Delta Terminal -- Grade: A

Tagliare Pizza Delta Terminal, a restaurant located at Nka Laguardia Airport in Queens, surrendered 10 points on its latest routine inspection from the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. The higher the deductions, the worse the problem in the eyes of the Health Department. They were given a grade of A. The inspection occured on Monday February 13rd, 2012.

During the most recent inspection, two violations were identified. One of the violations was classified minor, and the other one was rated major. It was for filth flies or food/refuse/sewage-associated (FRSA) flies present in facility's food and/or non-food areas. Filth flies include house flies, little house flies, blow flies, bottle flies and flesh flies. Food/refuse/sewage-associated flies include fruit flies, drain flies and Phorid flies.

On its previous inspection, it got a deduction of 20 points but no grade and had 4 violations. Over the three years for which we have published records, Tagliare Pizza Delta Terminal has been written up for 9 violations.
